Zebu Lodge
One of our premier homes, Zebu Lodge is the perfect venue for smaller conferences, brainstorm sessions or board meetings. The Boma has been adapted into a stunning outdoor conference facility. If the weather becomes inclement, canvas ‘sidewalls’ can be erected to keep delegates comfortable. We will provide full conference set up including a portable PA system if needed. The house sleeps 10 delegates (sharing) in stunning en-suite rooms with fireplaces. Banqueting: 40 pax, Classroom 40 pax, Cinema 50 pax, U-shape 20 pax
Rhino Run
The perfect venue for medium to larger groups of up to 180 delegates. Rhino Run is our largest venue and is fully equipped with the most up to date conferencing equipment / technology. This indoor venue is fully air-conditioned, and can be set up in one of the following configurations: • Double U-shape: 60 pax • Schoolroom: 120 pax • Cinema: 180 pax • Cabaret: 120 pax • U-shape: 35 pax
Waterberg Lodge
A stunning, private home in the bush and the perfect venue for intimate, exclusive conferences or high-level meetings of up to 30 delegates. Waterberg Lodge has 16 on-suite bedrooms and with its stunning kitchen and full bar, all refreshments and meals can be provided on-site by our private chef. Waterberg Lodge is fully equipped with all the technology you need. • U-shape: 20 pax • Schoolroom: 30 pax • Cabaret: 24 pax
Eagle's Nest
New to Zebula’s portfolio of conference venues, Eagle’s Nest features top quality technology and a stunning self-contained venue away from the main Clubhouse. Eagle’s Nest conference room is perched at the top of an 8-bedroomed home, with stunning bushveld views. It is fully equipped for groups who prefer to self-cater alternatively we will prepare a bushveld lunch on the deck adjoining the conference room which can be enjoyed while drinking in the views of the magnificent Waterberg Mountains. 8 en-suite bedrooms on 1st and 2nd stories Conference venue on 3rd story U-shape for 40 delegates Additional delegates can be accommodated elsewhere at Zebula
Nyala Nook
A brand new addition to our stable of conference facilities, situated on the upper level of the main Clubhouse with 180 degree views of the golf course. Furnished with excellent, state of the art equipment, Nyala Nook is ideal for the more formal conference. Conference with a view! Situated adjacent to our Rhino Run venue, Bushwillow has amazing views over the golf course and surrounding bushveld. Conferences can be held in the open air, weather permitting. Canvas ‘sidewalls’ can be erected if necessary.
